More Oxides and Spookery

Hi! Here's another card using a background made from Distress Oxides. I made the moon by adding a circle of Zig 2 way glue and covering it with gilding flakes. I taped the background behind the black frame, and added the die cuts of the cats and witch with 3D squares.

I'm entering this one in the following challenges:

Hand Stamped Sentiments:
The Paper Players: (I'm hoping this is CAS enough as there is plenty of white (well, black) space!)
House of Cards:
Creatalicious: 'Anything Goes with Optional Halloween'

Ingredients:
Distress Oxide Inks: Black Soot, Fossilized Amber, Spiced Marmalade, Candied Apple, Peeled Paint
Bats, cats and witch cutting dies
IndigoBlu Gilding Flakes: Lancashire Rose

Thank you! If you haven't had a go with distress oxides, you really should! It's addictive though. You just play with different colours and see what happens, I love the effect! There are quite a few good tutorials on youtube. I watched one by Tim Holtz.

Great background! It's almost like an Impressionist painting. I'm dying to have a go with oxide inks but as yet, sadly, don't have any.
Thanks for joining us at The Paper Players.
